I keep seeing that Trump wins if the Electoral goes to the house for a vote where each state gets a vote.

If the current house has a Democrat majority, how does Trump win? I keep seeing that he gets 37 votes.

Thanks for any help in understanding this.

Read the 12th Amendment.

We could get a Trump Harris administration

How? If Mittens votes for her in the Senate?

If Georgia repeats the past election and the Dem Senators get in and Mitten’s votes for Harris. Harris will be the VP.

It will only take one Republican to vote with the Democrats. Or up to three Republicans who believe it will heal the country with a divided executive branch.

Solution. Offer Mittens the job of VP. Can he vote for himself?

I believe on the first vote only Pence and Harris are eligible for voting. I believe on the second vote, the Senate may present a compromise candidate.

And if the House doesn't get it done, we get President Pence.

Potentially Pence / Harris, if the House fails to select a President, but the Senate selects Harris as VP.

OR, Pence becomes President and no VP is selected by the Senate. In which case, Pence could appoint his VP with Senat confirmation.
