I get it, but if the corrupt, paid off, judges and AG’s don’t want to comply, than how can we prove the case? They’re already trying to block the forensic investigation in WI. They’re already resisting full audits everywhere despite evidence of irregularities. They’re attempting to hide everything with 0 transparency so how will we be able to disclose this info if the process is clearly fucked up and zero accountability to those who resist

You can introduce evidence in the SCOTUS case even if lower courts prohibited it. My hope is that the records re: forensic audit can be subpoena'd anyway. I think a lot of fireworks are due to come out. I wonder if all of it will be released in court, or if some is still being held as a nuclear option in case Trump pulls Insurrection Act.

Don't lose hope, Supreme Court is a new ballgame entirely.
