Casually taking notes whilst looking into Poynter....

In 2017, the Poynter Institute received $1.3 million from the Omidyar Network and the Open Society Foundations in order to support new projects in three main areas: fact-checking technology, impact tracking, and financial awards through innovation grants and crowdfunding matches. -Wiki

Hmmm, interesting.

  • They actually have someone from Vox on their board. Also, looks like most of the big names are leaving the board and being replaced by lesser known, less powerful members. That indicates that the power lies elsewhere in the organization, and the board appointments are more likely rewards for those who have been faithful servants to the ideology, and this is part of them being pushed up the ladder from middling influence peddlers to more powerful players.

  • Their website says, in 9000 point font that takes up the entire screen, "Poynter is a thought leader." Good god, talk about a superiority complex literally writ large.

  • This year, Chris Wallace was awarded the Poynter Medal for Lifetime Achievement in Journalism, lmfao.

Also peacefully protest in those states, if SCOTUS does send it to those states' legislatures.

There was a caller into the John Fredericks' radio show that had a long conversation with one of the Georgia reps, and he said one of the reasons Georgia cucked out on a special session was because senior members didn't want to see Atlanta burn again. They were scared of the leftists.

The point was also brought up when Virginia democrats were considering passing restrictive gun laws, and the capitol was flooded with well-armed patriot protestors. The legislature backed off.

We must show massive strength in numbers if this gets thrown to state legisltures by the Supreme court.

  1. Let the police do their job.
  2. Utilize the National Guard as President Trump offered on more than one occasion.
  3. If 1 & 2 don't work: Deputize citizens who want to help maintain the peace.

So far zero of the above options have been implemented. Once they are, the threat disappears.

3

Tomorrow, 9:30 AM, at the National Mall. The call is out for a million Patriots at DC and each State Capitol. I think the State Capitol events start at noon.

These arw demonstrations, and imho torches and pitchforks are the way to go; but open carry and signs are good too.

It may be that Rubicon Don assumes his final form after the joint meeting of Congress 1/6 fails to determine who is to be inaugurated next POTUS. If he invokes the Insurrection Act the unorganized militia is automatically activated and then we are the Kraken. I will clog the streets of DC in my full sized cargo van coming from 1,000 miles away. Unless directed otherwise. Deterrence is the best use of force. Millions of us would be quite the deterrent. This gives us 2 weeks to muster and conclude appropriately. Tomorrow is a gauge for DJT to see if We the People have his back, or not.

Here’s a link to a TDW with a google sheet of all battleground state republican House of Representatives and senate emails. Most have phone numbers too. You can copy and email all of em at once in seconds as opposed to jumping through a bunch of web pages for the emails to copy individually or by going through all the reps’ and senators’ web page contact forms. There are different sheets in the document for each fraud-ridden battleground state.

https://thedonald.win/p/11QSGyUvpe/all-battleground-states-republic/

There are 1-2 bad address from reps that got voted out since the states updated their websites, but a vast vast majority are good address. I need to take the time to update the document. Download. Share. Link to this in other threads.

I like the one below, but some additional comments, posting here for visibility:

"Hi, I called my state reps, and now I'm calling other states, because I want you to know that even tho I don't reside in your state currently, we are all Americans. This election was rife with Unconstitutional laws and fraud, and I want you to support the Constitution our states all agreed to. I am a real person, I exist and am not a paid shill or troll, and this fight is my fight, not just Texas or Trump's. Thank you for your time."

You're describing the way our Republic is designed to work

12
RealWomenLoveTrump 12 points ago +12 / -0

We don't need to count on them. It'll go like this:

Monday - electoral college vote held, Biden wins, the left strut and crow for a couple days

Wednesday(ish) - SCOTUS rules in favor of Texas, thereby nullifying the four states' votes and leaving neither candidate with a majority.

January 6th - Pence does not count those states' votes, the House has to vote on the spot for POTUS, Trump wins :)

3
QuickMaths 3 points ago +3 / -0

I am not familiar with the proceedings if the House has to vote on the presidency, but how does Trump win in that case? The dems still have a small majority in the house.

7
RealWomenLoveTrump 7 points ago +7 / -0

The house vote is as such: each state gets only 1 vote. The state delegation in the house confers and decides which candidate they will vote for. We have 26, dems have 23, 1 is split.

4
CuomoisaMassMurderer 4 points ago +4 / -0

This vote is held by the newly elected US House. (Senate picks VP) We have the majority of representatives in only one State, as election results stand now??

There is no guarantee every R rep votes DJT. We need to barrage our US representative

5
RealWomenLoveTrump 5 points ago +5 / -0

No, we have 26 republican delegation, the dems have 23 delegations, one is like neutral, or something, or split. Not sure what the hell that is about!

You're right, there's no guarantee they all vote for Trump. This route still relies on republicans with spine, dicey, I know! But I think if scotus kicks the electoral vote decision back to these four states, the gutless republican legislatures will go ahead and vote for Biden to "respect the will of their voters". Just ignore all the fraud. AGAIN.

I'd rather bank on the house republican delegations.

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm glad somebody's keeping count! This is nucking futs. I'm not banking on anything. Popular vote could be tossed entirely for all 50, State legislators could choose all slates of electors, then when they're read into the record on 1/6 VP Pence can toss any State due to fraud. Pelosi can call the Sargeant at arms to remove the Senate from House chambers, and the counting process stops. Rubicon Don can assume his final form and assume authority indefinitely, under emergency powers. All of which fit EXACTLY our situation now! In this situation I predict I'll be clogging the streets of DC in my full sized cargo van, starting the 1,000 mile trip on 1/6. We need millions, and tomorrow is a trial run. The call is for a million Patriots at every State Capitol, noon tomorrow, plus a million at the mall in DC. Deterrence is the best use of force. 1/6 gives us 2 weeks to muster and conclude appropriately. We outnumber the military some 100:1. Maybe they should just stay on the sidelines.

2
QuickMaths 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ah ok didn’t realize each state only gets one vote. I figured each rep got a vote. Thanks for the explanation!

2
CzechPede 2 points ago +2 / -0

because every state count as one vote and republicans have a majority there.

0
Scumcunt 0 points ago +1 / -1

My understanding is if four states electors don’t get submitted, that takes them out of the numerator and denominator. GA, PA, MI, WI is 62 votes Putting Biden at 244 and Trump at 232 with the new threshold for victory at 239 (.5 x 476 +1) so we need the states to seat new electors.

I’m happy to be wrong about this, though, but I think state legislatures are still necessary.

4
RealWomenLoveTrump 4 points ago +4 / -0

Each of the states have already chosen electors, many months ago. Each party chooses a slate of electors, the popular vote decides which slate will vote in the electoral college. Therefore, from what I understand, the number of electors already appointed is 538. The denominator is 538, you need a majority of that number. The four states can only be taken out of the numerator now.

10
Train_w_no_brakes 10 points ago +11 / -1

The reason God has been so strict with us Hebrews for the last 3,000 years was to give the rest of the world an example of what to do RIGHT NOW.

Every single human being will be either redeemed or utterly destroyed. Repent, and pray for mercy for all of us and increase acts of kindness.

Once God reveals Himself to HUMANITY all bets are off and believe me, if you thought the Exodus was huge, just wait for the sequel. 'Biblical' will take on a whole new meaning.

Your actions only count when it's still dark and remember this: intention without action is like a soul without a body.

SCOTUS ordered it in PA but PA messed that all up anyway. Not sure if any of the other States got that much right.

Trying to restore the popular vote at all will be really tricky. Make it in person votes only, after so many voted by mail because they were told they could? Hmmm.

This is why it's more likely to just toss popular vote entirely and do what the Constitution says, which is have State legislators pick the slate of electors.

Joeret 2 points ago +2 / -0

When will we know?

47
StableGeniusNJ 47 points ago +47 / -0

Question: is this really the best case scenario for the Texas lawsuit? That the state legislatures pick the electors? Not that the mail in votes get thrown out?

Because I don't want to be a doomer but I have zero confidence RINOs will do that.

Can somebody clarify please?

21
Miracle_on_Ice 21 points ago +22 / -1

From my limited understanding of this lawsuit... the lawsuit asks for the SCOTUS to rule if state legislatures should be allowed to pick electors. Such a ruling would only apply to the four states being sued. The lawsuit does not look to do anything else beyond this, such as voiding votes. I believe the PA lawsuit is looking to do that, though... but I haven't heard news on it in some time (although there is so much to keep up with, and I frankly have not done the best in doing so).

Again, just from my understanding, so anyone feel free to correct if I am misinformed. I got a lot of my understanding of this lawsuit from watching some of Jay Sekulow's show twice this week. I never watched it before (and am not really familiar with him), but I thought it was really informative and fact-oriented.

23
StableGeniusNJ 23 points ago +23 / -0

That's very concerning to me.

I can't imagine some random RINO in Wisconsin who never thought his career would amount to anything beyond rubber stamping who is suddenly getting death threats will do the right thing.

12
Miracle_on_Ice 12 points ago +12 / -0

I definitely can understand your concerns. I think to keep in mind, from my understanding, is that if SCOTUS rules in favor of Texas, the four states in question can either send pro-Trump electors, send pro-Biden ones, or just abstain from sending any. For those feckless, spineless individuals you're concerned about, that might be the way out... to say that there was clearly tons of fraud and it is unclear what to do, so let's just send no one. To me, that's a win in a way because the name of the game is get it to the House if we cannot get to 270.

15
StableGeniusNJ 15 points ago +15 / -0

Okay now we are talking. Sending none sounds about as strong as a RINO can get

10
Miracle_on_Ice 10 points ago +10 / -0

Sadly, yes. I hope this helped clear up some confusion... and I hope I was accurate in the information I shared, lol, but now to piggyback on your post for a moment, perhaps someone can help clear up my confusion. What I am thinking about is the timeframe to make this happen... I know the deadline for selecting electors is supposed to be Monday. Does that mean SCOTUS has to rule today or Monday? Wouldn't ruling past Monday be moot? Isn't that a really tight timeline? Or can this cause a pro-Trump impact if ruled on past Monday?

I know we have all put in so much effort to expose the fraud and get our reps on board with supporting Trump and this Texas suit. We are really moving mountains. But the SCOTUS needs to act quickly!! Or am I wrong? Is there more time available to us regarding this lawsuit?

9
RealWomenLoveTrump 9 points ago +9 / -0

Fear not! We don't have to worry about the four states legislatures at all! Monday the electoral college vote will be held in the House, because of course it will, Biden will win, and the left will strut and crow that it's all over.

Then SCOTUS will enter the chat, vote for Texas, and nullify the votes of those four states, leaving neither candidate with a majority.

January 6th, Pence will not count their votes, the SCOTUS decision gives him cover, and the House will vote on the spot. POTUS TRUMP.

1
FirstTwoWeeks 1 point ago +1 / -0

So, realistically, we want the SC to wait until after the electoral college vote is held on Monday? I was concerned about them not giving injunctive relief before then.

1
Wallypip3 1 point ago +1 / -0

I swear I've read this conversation before.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

1/6 is a significant deadline. SCOTUS can do basically whatever it wants before then. These 4 States can't sort our election to arrive at an honest count (I live in WI)

Tossing popular vote entirely, next step being give it to the State legislature, is the only possible remedy.

The totals are THAT messed up! And probably many other States, too.

This is a coup. We have no evidence there was an election. No chain of custody records, no poll watchers, ni ballots with their envelopes maintained for 2 years; none of the evidence of an election.

This is part of the color revolution playbook.

2
Miracle_on_Ice 2 points ago +2 / -0

Wisconsin isn't getting death threats. Legislature meeting now

7
jamrs 7 points ago +7 / -0

If SCOTUS gives us a win, the most likely scenario is that no one can get to 270 electors, ergo the House of Representatives will decide the President and the Senate will decide the Vice President.

6
Miracle_on_Ice 6 points ago +6 / -0

That's my understanding of the desirable outcome too, yes. If SCOTUS rules in favor of Texas, the four states in question can send pro-Trump electors or abstain from sending electors, thus making it difficult for either candidate to make it to 270. Then it would go to the House.

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Those States could still send Biden electors. Barraging State legislators is still called for

2
Miracle_on_Ice 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly. And frankly even if we are successful, we should still be contacting these legislators who supported Texas to affirm their decision, thank them, whatever to let them know that they did the right thing, and we would expect them to continue to do so. Courage and positive energy is contagious, and for those that find their spine, they should keep using it. For those that don't, we gotta get them outta there!

4
Staatssicherheit 4 points ago +4 / -0

The point of this lawsuit is not to get the Supreme Court to appoint Trump President (that's ridiculous). It is to invalidate illegal elections under Article II of the US Constitution.

The Constitution provides that state legislatures not federal judges, not state judges, not state governors, not other state officials bear primary responsibility for setting election rules.

I would like the illegal election to be thrown out and a new legal election to take place without the illegal bullshit (unsecured drop boxes, elimination of signature verification safeguards, illegal expansion of mail-in, etc).

1
StableGeniusNJ 1 point ago +1 / -0

Me too but is that actually possible?

1
TPG4Life 1 point ago +1 / -0

Possible? Yes.

Realistic? Sadly, I dont think so.

1
Staatssicherheit 1 point ago +1 / -0

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors.

The Constitution gives State Legislatures a lot of leadway in how they choose to appoint electors. Whether that is a new legal election like I want or whether it is just to choose who they want by voting among themselves.

Reasoning I heard is they don't have time to criminally go after proving mail in fraud. This will be done after Trump wins and takes months and months.

Right now they are trying to score the easiest/fastest possible win to get Trump inaugurated.

27
WeCax49 27 points ago +28 / -1

Politically, the most likely and easiest option for them to take is to ABSTAIN FROM CHOOSING ANY ELECTORS AND THUS FORCE A CONTINGENT ELECTION. In doing so, they cannot be accused of "undermining democracy", rather, it instead looks as though they're not taking any sides.

In a contingent election, it falls to House Delegations with each state getting one vote, thus leading to us winning.

14
fbeeee 14 points ago +14 / -0

Of course I don't know if I'd trust RINOs voting in the House either.

3
StableGeniusNJ 3 points ago +3 / -0 (edited)

Now this is what I am talking about. The idea that a group of RINOs will just take it into their own hands is absurd to me. Is abstaining an actual real option to send it to the House?

2
540k-Again 2 points ago +2 / -0

Abstaining from appointing Electors, wont guarantee a contingent Election. Don't fall for this assumption or stragety. Get State Legislatures to Appoint their DJT/Pence Republican Electors.

The state legislators are the way!

The more they hear from the people they represent, the more the empty threats of the left will be exposed as a frail attempt by an evil minority.

Encourage your legislators. Embolden them!

AMEN. Focus on State Legislators for Electors! 3 days remaining!

The WIN WIN Plan:

https://thedonald.win/p/11Q8EhtERu/for-everyone-who-wants-djtpence-/

LONG LIVE OUR REPUBLIC!

There is still time for State Legislators to do their Constitutional duty.

Get Republican State Legislatures to appoint their DJT/Pence Electors!

WIN&WIN PLAN! Keep it going Pedes. SEND IT ALONG!

...

Important Redpill distinctions:

  • 1.) With the Fraud, means all the States that cheated/frauded) will lose 25-50% of it's House Seats for this next decade (2022-232) during reapportionment from this US Census; as per 14th Amend, Section 2. Republican House SuperMajority: https://thedonald.win/p/11QlB7elzZ/x/c/4DpMxWIOHO5

  • 2.) NO SPECIAL SESSIONS REQUIRED: When State Legislatures appoint a SLATE of their State's Electors, they aren't passing a law or a bill. So 99.999% of the rules, and laws which govern such normal procedures are completely irrelevant here.

  • 3.) Technically, they don't even all have to be in the same room to sign (though this is nice of course). Like signing the Declaration of Indepence, etc. The minimum required is: https://thedonald.win/p/11Q8EhtERu/x/c/4DpMxkNWgL3

Remember this is how the Founders put in the Constitution selects POTUS's and VPs, so it designed to work even with raging wars, civil wars, plagues, 99% illiteracy, spanning across continents/globe, without paved roads, empty governorships/executive offices, missing members, etc.

  • 4.) The "safe harbor" law cannot trump the Constitutional powers of the State Legislature. ie State Legislatures have this power so long as the window is open by congress to appoint Electors. https://thedonald.win/p/11QlFpRr4n/x/c/4DpMy7kKhg0

  • 5.) State Legislatures & witnesses need Courage.

Courage is strength in the face of fear, Courage is not the absence of fear.

Help them find their strength or lend them some of yours. You wont make them stronger by increasing fear or low-expectations. Make them Strong! Give the State Legislatures the Constitutional info they need, most are "normies" with day jobs/previous careers. Give them the accurate info on fraud. Give them strength & prayers to know you are by their side, and not abandoning the trenches.

PS Some warnings of bluepills to NOT fall for strategically:

  • A.) the whole "congress contesting electors" law is very unconstitutional, so DON'T LET ANY REPUBLICANS DEPEND ON IT.

  • B.) Same for the whole VP can toss out Elector Slates; this too is also unconstitutional.

  • C.) Same for the whole "the only date in the Constitution is X" talk is very dangerous, don't fall for it.

  • D.) Abstaining from appointing Electors, wont guarantee a contingent Election.

  • E.) Same for the Texas Lawsuit; it wont bail out State Legislatures whom still have this power to appoint Electors.

  • F.) Same for the Texas or other Lawsuits where SCOTUS doesn't have to either hear the case(s) or even rule on them. The WIN WIN Plan works so well, because these problems like all other problems are avoided. The WIN WIN Plan can resolve the issues in the Texas Lawsuit; but the Texas lawsuit doesn't resolve the WIN WIN Plan.

WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN Keep pushing Redpills Through the noise!

LONG LIVE OUR REPUBLIC!!

Unpopular opinion:

The Texas case is about throwing out an illegal, tainted election. The remedy should be a free, fair and legal election without the bullshit (illegal drop boxes, elimination of signature verification safeguards, illegal expansion of mail-in).

The Constitution states the Legislature can set Electors in any manner they see fit. That includes new elections as well as just picking the electors themselves. Just picking the electors themselves would cause justifiably mass riots as there would have been no vote.

The precedent set would be that we followed the Constitution regardless of the inconvenience. This isn't about Democrats or Republicans for me at this point.

Armed mostly peaceful protests!

What this year has demonstrated to me is that America is not under the rule of law anymore.

Black supremacists and communists have been allowed to burn down cities and kill people.

Courts have been tossing out our cases; by refusing to let us present our evidences and then dismissing our cases for lack of evidences.

It is clear to me that both courts and legislatures will do the right thing only if they are afraid of us more than they are of them.

They now think that antifa would riot if Biden doesn't win, and we'll just moan a bit if the election is stolen from Trump, but ultimately we'll just accept it.

We must change this perception.

2
DonJr2024 2 points ago +3 / -1

AGREE!! I keep saying the blm/antifa have murdered people for far less. We need to make our presence felt about 1000 times more, somehow without violence. I can't come to Georgia but I'll fucking order pizza delivery to as many people who sit-in as I can afford.

I just sent the following message to every Georgia Legislature member, it is imperfect, but I think it gets the message across:

To whom it may concern,

The Georgia election was highly suspect to a mass amount of Georgians, such as I. The footage of the state farm arena should act as proof as that. I am aware that the secretary of state's office has claimed that it was "normal election procedure". I ask you, why would stopping all work, waiting until what looks like a phone call, grabbing ballots underneath an obfuscated table, then running them through with no supervision, be normal election procedure?

At every opportunity, the Secretary of States office has either lied, been non-transparent, or actively opposed participating in review. They have failed in conducting a transparent election which makes it impossible to determine whether the election was fair or free.

This is in addition to the unconstitutional consent agreement which was not ratified by the legislature. At no time were the legislature, whom sole election power is granted, were allowed to review, ask questions, or challenge the changes Brian Kemp made to our Georgia election and the possible ramifications that it would have.

This is further in addition to the new dominion voting machines, which have been repeatedly marked as allowing maliciousness to plague our election system with little recourse as seen with the coffee county review.

What I ask of each of you, is to join the Texas Lawsuit charging your state's government with the breach of your authority. And to vote and act in the best interest of your constituents.

GAfkgRED 6 points ago +6 / -0

Ga here. I'm bombing my state senator and rep with emails. Have been for last two weeks or so.

But as bad as I hate to say it, I just don't believe we can depend on ANY of the GA legislators to help us out. I promise you they are caving to the Atlanta/metro thug riggers. Most all of the GOP people have the attitude of "we'll do better next time". Fucking faggots.

5
MyNewName 5 points ago +5 / -0

We need to GET THEM ON RECORD NOW.

Not sure how to coordinate this...

But we need to ask them:

“If SCOTUS rules in favor of Texas, and the State Legislators pick the Electors, do you commit to picking Trump Electors?”

GET THEM ON RECORD NOW.

Easiest thing would be to find the RINOs from each legislature that haven't signed on to the lawsuit yet and call them. For example here is PA: https://thedonald.win/p/11QldGloCV/updated-list-of-pa-legislators-t/

Thank you for posting this - we need to focus on the RINOS - in PA these would be the republicans that did not join in yesterday with Brian Cutlers letter. Only 69 house members signed on, and I think 22 senate members. Many of these RINO's are in Bucks County PA, and other suburban counties.

If others can post info on other states please do!

I know Bucks went red this year - we stayed red for 3 days after the election - the reddest of the philly burbs. My rep (Wendi Thomas) says she didn't sign the resolution - claiming it was a glitch. A couple other reps from Bucks are saying the same. She isn't making any comments regarding the election. I have emailed her 3 times. She's a republican that won re-election, despite her democrat opponent having a TON of money behind the campaign and running the most horrible attack ads. Wendi won because of Trump. She needs to get in line and support Trump. Her voters also voted for Trump. I'm disgusted with her silence.I don't believe she will vote to appoint electors - and there is a line behind her of RINO's that will do the same.

here's my quick and dirty

“Hi _________,

My name is _________ and I am calling due to concerns I’ve had about the integrity of the 2020 election. There have been many conflicting claims about election election fraud, but as I have personally read the affidavits about kicking GOP poll watchers out, listened the hearings about Dominion Voting Systems, read the lawsuits about unconstitutional changes to mail-in voting laws, watched the video evidence of election fraud in Georgia, I am overwhelmingly convinced that that the results of this election have been compromised.

I am calling to urge you as a state legislator to use Article 2 Section 1 and have the state legislation appoint their electors.”

Agreed with the post all the way up to this point:

I also recommend pedes in the area to hold armed, but peaceful protests at the houses of state house & senate leaders. People in these states need to organize this on Facebook or elsewhere

No, no, all sorts of no. This is bad optics, and before you say "fuck optics," if we have armed protests outside of people's homes, that's going to be viewed as terrorism by 99% of normies. We need to get them on our side, too.

I'm generally against the idea of protesting at people's homes in the first place because that's a leftist intimidation tactic. It makes us look like the mafia, 100x as much if there's guns involved. If you simply must protest at someone's home, leave your guns behind. Instead of a gun, bring three friends along. Take a concealed weapon for your protection if you need it.

We held armed protests in Michigan against the lockdown, it did fuck all. We held armed protests in Virginia against Northam, it did fuck all. The left held armed protests outside of a police officer's home in Colorado Springs. It did fuck all. The CHAZ was an armed "protest" and it did fuck all. The Malehur wildlife refuge standoff did fuck all. The NFAC protesting in Louisville and Stone Mountain did fuck all. I include examples of both left and right armed protests because all of them basically did nothing.

You know what you can do instead? Hold rallies in public areas where people can see. Hand out pamphlets, inform people of the fraud. Drive down the interstate with Trump flags and "stop the steal flags." Stand on bridges and overpasses. Go protest at RNC headquarters. Fucking anything but make ourselves look like the mob.
