I tell them every chance I get that we won't know how severe covid-19 is until we see and compare all-cause mortality statistics for 2020 and surrounding years. If total deaths are within one standard deviation of the recent average, then covid-19 was not a legitimate crisis - and we destroyed our economy for reasons other than health and safety.
This is similar to the immigration red pill illustrated by the gumballs demonstration. Once you force a leftist to acknowledge that immigration is not a solution for global poverty, he or she is then forced to realise that there must be other catalysts. Like cheap labor. Or votes. Or demographic reform. Or invasion.
So judging by the rate it is going now, we can expect 100,000-150,000 more dead till the end of the year, which still falls under the category... HOAX!!!
Also deaths are going up every year, if we use some kind of a measurement for last 5 years, we get expect 20,000-30,000 more dead than 2019, which is 2,875,000-2,885,000 which again falls under the category... HOAX!!!
Also this year has one extra day which is around 6000-8000 thousand more dead people if I did the math correctly :)
