But.... if scotus rules to take points away from fraudulent states there may be two options:
State legislatures of those states pick who they chose to win
If they still can’t come to a consensus/ majority within each state, it will become a “contested election”. There are provisions for that in US Constitution.
If #1 happens, on January 6 the electors that are chosen on 14th will vote for president. If #2 happens, 1 representative from each state will vote (in House of Representatives) for who will be president. Right now there are 27 R states & 22 D states with like 1 Independamt. States must vote according to their legislature (R or D)
