On 10/20 Trump was calling on Barr to investigate Hunter Biden. The news spun it as political. Now we hear Barr knew there were investigations into Hunter, but kept them quiet. Barr kept details of an investigation from the President, thats sedition by a traitor. No exaggeration

There is zero denying video evidence, text messages, emails, etc. in context. If you want to be technical about a guilty verdict, sure I guess. In-context video evidence alone, however, DOES deserve to play a role in the election regardless of a verdict.
