plausible strategy. i would think a traditional good cop/bad cop, Locke/Demosthenes, Hannity/Colmes, Lisa/Homer type setup would be better as to not cause such confusion.

I guess in the end, you can't avoid the consequence of either being dismissed as a perennial idiot or being recognized as a ruse.
