The Constitution says that state legislatures choose electors. Normally, the state legislatures’ approval is a rubber stamp on whichever candidate won that state’s popular vote. But, due to material and pervasive fraud, the state’s election “results” cannot be trusted to represent the will of the people. As such, we are asking SCOTUS to give the state legislatures power to choose electors and serve as a check on the fraudulent election

But why wouldn’t the state legislatures just send more biden electors
Exactly. From what I’ve heard this isn’t accomplishing much but everyone seems hopeful so that means I’m missing something
