I was at this recount as a volunteer. This article doesn't explain the half of it. They used the police to intimidate our observers. Whenever one of us asked a question, the workers would raise their hands, and suddenly three police officers would be behind you. Just standing there, not saying anything, but uncomfortably close, as the supervisor would come over and yell that you weren't allowed to ask questions... meanwhile, the workers would cross their arms and smirk as they collected 30 dollars an hour...what a joke.
