Given that a SCOTUS opinion from like 2 months ago spelled out plainly that the State Legislatures are the only authority on election procedures, I'd say this is very likely. I want to say it's safe to assume we're going to win this case (though the pessimist in me hates being too confident), but assuming we do win the SCOTUS case, the real question is what happens next and what will the remedy be? Will they rule that those four States have their votes entirely voided? That only the votes that conform to the pre-fuckery standards count? That it just gets sent straight to the State Legislatures to decide what Electors to send? That's where the real rubber hits the road. Assuming a SCOTUS win, what will the actual result be? Because if it just gets sent to the State Legislatures, I'm still worried. I've learned never to underestimate the GOP's willingness to side with the Left in order to keep the game going. They love being the noble but doomed opposition who still gets invited to the cocktail parties.

If it gets to state legislatures

GA+WI will go red 100%

MI- is a tossup

PA- will likely go red as well. RINO Brian cutler backed Texas and seems to be on our side now. PA statehouse has turned

Does it though? I want to believe that's true. But the State Legislatures could decide anything they want. And the bribes, book deals, cushy real estate deals, puff pieces, and pundit spot contracts from the Left will be flowing like water to any State GOP official to jump ship and decide in favor of Biden. And if history is any indication, the average GOP official loves to talk a big talk, but is always willing to hold out until the bribe from the Left is big enough for them to switch sides and give the win to the Democrats.

And don't forget the left will be far more violent in the coming weeks/months which may unfortunately "persuade" (under duress) some legislators. I mean look what happened to Kemp when his daughter's boyfriend got carbombed. I hope they can do the right thing regardless of the crybullies

BloodDe 32 points ago +32 / -0

The right thing would be to shoot the crybullies.

They are supporting a foreign enemy's attempt to overthrow our government.

Soon they'll be labelled terrorists and rounded up or killed.

It would be justified at that point

My skepticism also wonders if victory is imminent. I couldn't have imagined the actions/inactions of GA officials during this theft/insurrection, so, going forward, I suspect a few more surprises await us. Optimistic by nature, ready to act by training, the GEOTUS will prevail.

My bet is that aftet the Supreme court victory Trump will do a national address which he lays out the fraud. It will be so disturbing that if any of these state legislators vote Biden there will be massive revolts.

Then declares martial law and calls out the militia. That's what I'm hoping for, anyway.

Be great if he disregarded every certificate from every state but Texas lol

1
Scipio_Americanus 1 point ago +1 / -0

But remember, math is racist and sometimes 2+2=5. So Electric Pence can open all the certificates as dictated, but how he counts them can be as subjective as we desire.

Sum every Republican state as though it contributed 50 electoral votes for Trump, and assign negative values to Hidden for dem states. "President Trump: 1600 electoral votes, Pedo Biden: -900."

Maybe the Fartwell Fang Bang story and refresh of Hunter Biden are shots across the bow that Trump and military intelligence has the goods of whoever has their hands in the rice bowl.

Time for everyone to choose: Patriot or not?

I want a new legal, election in these states.

8
bytemuncher 8 points ago +8 / -0

I want all of the corrupt politicians and election officials in those states hanged before that.

3
Staatssicherheit 3 points ago +3 / -0

I hear you and I'm willing to compromise. I think these election officials first need to be fired, charged with treason, then hanged after being found guilty by a jury of their peers.

This or contested states don't send electors and it gets bumped to the house. The legislatures are tricky because they can just be cowards and allow people calling them racist to influence their vote.

That's why jackass governor it trying to "break" his citizens, by keeping them locked up in their homes for the holidays. The swamp doesn't like what's going on here, so he must make us pay!

MI is tossup? I thought they had majority repub legislature?

4
Legalvotesonly1 4 points ago +4 / -0

22-16 senate 58-51 house. They do but many RINOS there. Either way we need MI or PA

3
lordvon 3 points ago +3 / -0

I can’t imagine even a rino voting for democrat president. That means they are in the wrong party

4
elodrian 4 points ago +4 / -0

Abstention is also an option, which amounts to a politically palatable vote for Trump.

2
Legalvotesonly1 2 points ago +2 / -0

Agreed. The only person who would ever do that would be a Romney or Jeb Bush who are not republicans

2
lordvon 2 points ago +2 / -0

even them... voting for dem? i dont see it.

2
overtotheright 2 points ago +2 / -0

Mittens voted to impeach, remember.

3
BucksPatriot 3 points ago +3 / -0

Brian Cutler backed Texas but our other RINO's have not. We are still short on a majority. We need to put pressure on all the RINO legislators in PA!!

I'm hoping the SCOTUS sends the election to the House, because I don't trust the GOP state legislatures at all

Not sure how much I trust the House either

2
hansgruber7 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm also worried the Supreme Court could throw out those four states and say the majority of the electors of the other 4 6 states wins; that would still be Biden. These four states need to go for Trump.

This is the state of Texas reply to the response filings from the four defendant states...

context is important... This is Texas once again making their case based on facts, and citing that the defendants did not actually defend against the main part of the filing which is the constitutionality of officials changing election law and not the state legislatures.

That's what makes it a great case, they can't defend because it's all public record that they actually did break their own laws regarding how election laws are passed.

Again, here's the link to the response filing in full... https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/22/22O155/163492/20201211095715842_TX-v-State-MPI-Reply-2020-12-11.pdf

The relief is reasonable and found in law, but it scares me because it relies on the state legislatures. We need to keep up the pressure on them and let them know we'll support them against any threats they get if they want it.

What happens if Xi Jinping sends money to these legislators? Or goons after them and their families? I don’t feel confident they’ll do the right thing.

That is a quality rebuttal of the flaming heaps of trash the defendant states pushed out.

Do not do it or people will burn our cities down!

Texan's reply to the 4 other states filing/repky

3
Borekk 3 points ago +3 / -0

The thing I worry about most is it going back to state legislatures. The second it's decided that the fate is in the hands of state legislatures, there are going to be angry BLM mobs on every front lawn threatening families and kids to bend to the mob's will. And we already know from history that DOJ isn't really getting involved, so these people will be left to fend for themselves.

3
Frost033 3 points ago +4 / -1

What does it mean "posted on SCOTUS page"? And that said, I would expect Texas to think they have a great chance at winning, why else would they have brought this historic suit forward?

3
Aaaahhhh 3 points ago +3 / -0

With the supreme court, they showed their hand

2
Staatssicherheit 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is exactly like Kelly lawsuit. "The Plaintiff is likely going to prevail on the merits. The pressing question is what the relief would be"

The Dems can not attack on the merit of the case (it is clearly unconstitutional for Secs of State to set election laws). Hence they have to attack standing, laches, etc.

2

If we do win this, it'll be a hell of a thing for the people who rely on using the courts to push their degenerate ideals to have the court used against them.
