Just to clarify, if we win the Texas lawsuit that wipes the electoral votes from the 4 states being sued, right? Since no one would have 270, the election would then go to the house where each state gets a vote which we should win. Am I missing anything or is that the plan for victory?

https://nypost.com/2020/11/03/what-happens-if-nobody-gets-270-electoral-votes/

Summary:

  • If neither candidate gets a majority of the 538 electoral votes, the election for President is decided in the House of Representatives, with each state delegation having one vote. A majority of states (26) is needed to win.

  • Senators would elect the Vice-President, with each Senator having a vote. A majority of Senators (51) is needed to win.

If we win, then the legislatures of those four states will pick their electors so it's still up to the legislatures to make the right decision.
