I don't understand how any election official certifying results with 174k ballots that don't have an actual voter isn't in prison already. Start throwing the people signing off on this in prison and not the idiots performing the actions, and I promise they'll change their tune.
fundamentally peaceful people know they've got a log going for them, enough that they'd rather accept a little corruption than risk their futures, but there is a limit...once you have massive corruption whose existence threatens people's futures already, people become willing to roll the dice and fight.
