We need to really unravel this fraud. Just saying that the states didn’t follow the constitution is a good starting point. But we’ve gotta break this thing wide open to make sure it never happens again. Or maybe Sidney Powell’s lawsuit is designed to do that?

The case isn’t about specific fraud. The Texas case is about the state judges /executive branch usurping the legislative bodies’ control of laws affecting the election process for federal elections. If they did, then the laws are null and void. The only thing they can do at this juncture is to invalidate the electoral college votes from the states for breaching the US constitution.
Unfortunately that's not how it works. if you go to YouTube and search interviews with Justice Scalia and Ruth bader Ginsburg together you'll find one that's about 30 or 40 minutes long I think and it is absolutely fucking phenomenally fantastic if you ever have time to listen to it and will give you a whole hell of a lot better understanding about how the Supreme Court works. I will also give you a hell of a lot more respect for the relationship that Scalia had with RBG.
We might have disagreed with her on just about everything just like he did, but they were one hell of a legal pair and I truly believe this country was lucky to have both of them while they were serving on the bench together, however different her views may be from ours... And I guarantee you Scalia would say the same thing if he was alive today.
But no, the Supreme Court cannot give any orders like that at the end of their process the only thing they can do is answer whatever legal question was brought before them by the plaintiff that has been harmed. Suppose they could recommend shit that needs to be done, but they certainly can't order it to be done. They can however order injunctions and subpoenas of whatever material that might be important to the case in question.
Edit -- I went and looked it up for you and absolutely insist on you watching it! It is extremely fucking entertaining if this kind of stuff interests you, especially with those two people together.

The real tricky part is that it involves multiple states and every state has their own election laws and procedures.... So I sure hope they have a remedy for that since they don't break one case down into multiple cases...
I was actually really surprised it was all filed in one big case considering how different some of these states election laws are.
It is truly a hail mary -- one remedy, one option. I still have plenty of hope left to go though!

Thanks for the link, I’ll check it out.
It's pretty damn awesome. I've had some idiot friends that could barely spell the word law, and had a negative interest in it as opposed to just no interest at all, and I got them to watch this entire interview and by the time it was over with you would have thought that just read the first chapter of the best book in their life.
Those two really knew how to make it seem like they had the best job in the world, just through their passion, even if we disagreed with one of them on almost every detail. It gave me a lot of respect for her just in lieu of how much Scalia clearly respects her and her legal opinion.
One of the best lessons ive ever learned in my life is something that Scalia often said, and does in this interview at least once, and that's "to attack ideas and not people" he always says that "he has known some really good people with really bad ideas" and even some bad people with really good ideas... When you learn to attack the idea and not the person you open yourself up to be able to have relationships like he did with RBG and many others and that immensely helped turn him into the incredible Supreme Court Justice he became. And we are almost all now attacking the people and not the ideas or a dangerous combination of both. That's the magic ingredient this country used to have in moderate amounts at least, but now it's almost non-existent.
From what I understand, fraud is a completely separate matter from this case.
Generally the right way to deal with fraud is on criminal court anyway. People need to go to jail.
The SCOTUS has no power to do that, as the Constitution does not give them that power.
The entity that could possibly get that done, and I'm not even sure if they can, is Congress.
I don't think they'll get involved with that. SCOTUS is pretty cucked. They only care about following the constitution and how to correctly interprete it. However I think they will steer clear of addressing fraud itself. Remember how Alito denied an injunction to PA? That's the cuck levels that we're dealing with.
It's not pretty cucked.... they work specifically the way it was designed to work in the Constitution. They are not supposed to be the end all be all barking orders.... they are supposed to be there to remedy constitutional questions that the lower courts were not able to agree on.... They are doing exactly what they were supposed to do and designed to do.... it's the Democrats that want to transform them into a legislative body that is the end all be all for what stays and what goes..... That was never ever ever they were designed for by our founding fathers though...
I went and looked this up for OP and absolutely insist on you watching it too! It is extremely fucking entertaining if this kind of stuff interests you, especially with these two crazy motherfuckers together.... but it's a very casual and funny interview that will also give you a really good perspective on what their role is supposed to be according to a die-hard constitutionalist... Also gives you a wonderful personal overview of the relationship between Scalia and RBG and will allow you to see the immense amount of respect he had for her even though he was a constitutional pitbull
