Why is she trying so hard to hide the evidence? I mean this would prove the fairness of the election right? Doesn’t Dana want to exonerate everyone? Hehehe

Here_we_go 3 points ago +3 / -0

We need it leaked. Or just make up something more shitty than what it is and leak that.

4
BonerJam99 4 points ago +4 / -0

Somebody needs to claim it shows evidence of Trump colluding with the Russians. By the time the FBI is able to investigate and discover that there is no such evidence it will be too late.

1
BillDStrong 1 point ago +1 / -0

The FBI has proven they can not leak if they want, so no.

Doth 2 points ago +2 / -0

I let it ring 45 times and then the phone company cut in to say that the caller I was trying to reach doesn't have enough lines to take my call.

KEEP IT UP. HOLD THE LINE.

I just called and the lady said the audit information will be released after the lawsuit because it's part of the discovery.

?????????????????

Niburc 18 points ago +18 / -0

I don’t believe there is any bar to a litigant (here, the plaintiffs) not releasing items obtained in discovery, absent a protective order to protect intellectual property or similar issues.

LolitaExpressPilot 9 points ago +9 / -0

If so it would be awful if it was put on a laptop that was left in a coffee shop somewhere with the password taped to it. That'd be just awful.

nickybops 7 points ago +7 / -0

I'm not a lawyerpede so when she said that I just told her that sounds ridiculous and she didn't saying anything to that so I hung up.

https://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/politics/2020/12/10/judge-gives-benson-ok-intervene-antrim-county-election-case/3880872001/

The judge ruled that Nessel could intervene since as AG she has an interest in county level elections. That may be confusing as they’ve also ruled that state officials have no interests in county level elections.

The key here is doublethink. If you’re bought by China you really can have it both ways.

She is actually correct in telling you that, Deplorable, Here's why....

What's that mean

36
velocistar 36 points ago +36 / -0

We were actually successful at completing the audit? Just not capable of showing it?

1
Doth 1 point ago +1 / -0

They are claiming the information is part of discovery in a lawsuit.

Which by itself does not preclude releasing the information.

There must be a gag order or protection order forbidding its release.

They are probably just hiding behind an excuse. I'm not going to stop calling and saying the same shit every time I get through.

They’re scrubbing all their voter data. Just got a letter yesterday saying my voter registration had expired, as well as the tenant who lived here before me.

If you see anybody from that AG's office in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere.

4

what is the point of an election audit if the results are not public lmao

From Michigan.gov

https://www.michigan.gov/som/0,4669,7-192-47796-546936--,00.html

On Sunday, individuals with no apparent technical expertise in election technology were permitted to gather images of Dominion voting equipment in Antrim County. While the information they gathered is subject to a court-issued protective order, the Michigan Department of State warns voters to be wary of the claims that the group may make in coming days. Members of the group have previously made false statements, shared fake documents and made baseless claims about the election that have been widely debunked and rejected in multiple courts.

Gabbs1212 3 points ago +3 / -0

So, to sum this up then....'hackers were let in by people we don't like, who found information that we don't want you to see. They're going to tell you everything, but we need to try and cover it up'

3
JSullz59 3 points ago +3 / -0

Right and no apparent technical expertise from a cybersecurity firm led by former military intelligence colonel.

1
nickybops 1 point ago +1 / -0

If any candidate truly thought that the Dominion machines failed to correctly count ballots, they could and should have requested a hand-recount of ballots. No recounts of state elections were requested in Antrim County.

Clown world.

Hahaha

This is gonna be good

4
chlofefe 4 points ago +4 / -0

Honestly, that's kind of exciting because that means they found something damning

3
GoldenSpirals 3 points ago +3 / -0

How can they keep getting away with such OBVIOUS criminality?

3
DeboonkerBot400 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think this means significant fraud has been discovered, and plaintiffs are now deciding when and how to use and present it to court

3
Mr.GoodWrench 3 points ago +3 / -0

Make sure to wish her a Merry Christmas. I hear she loves that!!!

3
Cheesecakecrush 3 points ago +3 / -0

Couldn't whoever has the evidence just... leak it? Like they do with any damning info they can't normally release on Republicans?

1
MNMathtic 1 point ago +1 / -0

The problem is that anyone leaking information critical of a conservative is hailed as a hero and there are no consequences.

Anyone leaking information critical of a leftist is a traitor, is attempting to subvert democracy, and is promptly harassed, arrested, assets seized, family threatened, etc.

2
brogarn 2 points ago +2 / -0

Streissand effect. But which way?

Did they clean those machines so that no fraud was found thus when they finally "give in" and release the data... there's nothing there? Claim vindication?

Or is it the true version of the Streissand effect where they're about to become a laughing stock?

Guess we'll see.

2

has this been brought to the trump administrations attention? If not it is imperative that is is brought to their attention!

She said she thinks the information is in the Texas lawsuit but could not say definitively. I asked her directly if the Texas AG had the information from the audit and she could not give a straight answer.

Keep calling. They'll break.

LetMeBeFrank 0 points ago +1 / -1

Time for calls is long behind us. What needs to happen is we tear down her front door, armed with AR 15s and we march into her house, drag her out by her hair and tell her she can either do the right thing or be shot in the street like a dog for treason. Then we move on to other traitors. I'm tired of handling this faggots with gloves on.

some_random_dude 1 point ago +1 / -0
