To summarize the Newsmax arguments, they seem to be saying the #s of the fraud aren't sufficient to overturn the outcome of the election and the SCOTUS would ONLY take the case if they thought the evidence would be there to support an overturn.
The whole thing seems like a farce since the bad actors have months/years to plan and in a few weeks Texas and others would have to gather overwhelming evidence (IMO they have actually) to catch these fucks.
The saving grace for us might be how poorly worded/written the defendant filings have been. The Texas update today is rock fucking solid. (You have rules, you broke them, we have proof that you broke them, you fucked up).
