The main point of the lawsuit is not actually whether the election was safe or fair.
The lawsuit is showing that these 4 states used Judicial and/or Executive action to change the rules of the election, - which per the constitution, the judiciary and executive branches are not permitted to do - only the legislature can do that.
So regardless of whether the election was conducted safely and fairly, it was done so using rule changes that were not permitted to be made by the judicial and executive branches. This is the bigger concern. It sets a dangerous precedent of ignoring the constitution. And this lawsuit seeks to defend the US Constitution. I urge you to do the same.
