Trump's executive order comes into play next Friday, on the 18th. the DNI will present his findings on foreign interference on the election, and I don't think DNI Ratcliffe is swamp. After he provides his report, we'll find out what's happening next.
After the electors vote, Congress certifies the electors in early January, where members can object to votes.
Even if State Legislators are told to pick electors - Who knows what they will do? I don't trust most of these RINOs.
