I think these two crooks were the only two left on the ticket. The other once were in the game but not in the inner circle.

I've often wondered why someone young and ambitious like Gabbard or Buttigeg weren't more successful, or even someone more coherent and liked by the base like Warren even if she is a liar (well they all are, but at least she doesn't stumble over her words). This makes sense; a creepy washed-up old man and a senator so disliked she couldn't even make it through the primaries before Iowa. They were picked to be scapegoats, nothing more. I agree!
