Qanons "trust the plan" mantra specifically instills a "do nothing" mentality: why would you do anything if everything was already taken care of?
I think Q is saying trust that President Trump has a plan. The things that have been put into place have seemed like it was all preplanned. I think that things needed to happen the way they did so that more would wake up from their trance.
I haven't seen Q believers directly cause any damage, instead i see Q has done more good then harm.
