If I'm reading this correctly, parts of Nevada and parts of California have essentially said "fuck you, WE support Texas because our Governors fucked us over"

Yes it seems they are identifying as "New California" and "New Nevada" essentially saying california and nevada are so corrupt that it doesnt even represent us.
