I find it very helpful if you stop listening to opinions of people that conflict all the time and pick the outcome you want and believe and pray to God that it will happen.

It can go a multitude of ways that's why it's important to pray.

I feel the same way. I love the optimism in here but I also want to know the actual facts and that Dershowitz interview had me feeling like I've been way too optimistic.

He's a genius lawyer. Remember, he was on Trump's side during the impeachment hearings and he easily shredded the Democrats so I think we should at least consider he could be right on this one as well.

That’s not what Texas said. Read it.

Why would President Trump wait to run in 2024? If the courts fail us, it doesn’t change the fact that the results of a fraudulent election should not be allowed to stand.

Even if SCOTUS were to either deny hearing the case, or to rule against us, I don't think this is the last stop for GEOTUS.

From everything we are seeing, this was a coordinated attack on the country by foreign actors. And that's just with what WE know, and we are nobodies.

If SCOTUS fails to save the Republic, we will have to resort to more drastic measures. But the fact that there are so many states signed on either in support of or as plaintiffs with the President - I don't see this as a hail mary at all.

Except he wasn't being emotional at all about it but broke it down legally and by the end he had me really thinking he was right.

I've always been suspicious of the Court actually doing right by us since this started and Dershowitz seemed to confirm that suspicion.

Hope he's wrong but honestly he made a good case for why SCOTUS will not be the ones to save the day.

As cowardly as people at SCOTUS have been, I am not optimistic they will do the right thing.

There is no 2024 if the fraud stands. In a year from now if we fail we will be under the full control of china and the UN. This is it!!!!

There is nothing to overturn yet.

Remember, this was all a set-up.

"Nothing like that had ever been done before..."

That may be true, but it can also be said for the level of fraud we're seeing. So there's never been a cause for SCOTUS to do this before (that we know of).

It's like saying that since I've never shot and killed a man, I wouldn't shoot and kill a man if I caught him raping my wife. Untrue and logically unsound.

Also, the justices must know that if they drop the ball here, the next steps are going to be the Insurrection Act, martial law, and civil war. They have an interest in preventing that.

No. The case is not fundamentally about fraud. It's the fact that the four named states violated the US Constitution in the conduct of the election. It doesn't matter how the "vote" turned out.

The Texas lawsuit could not be any more clear on how the Defendant states violated their State Constitutions as well as the US Constitution regarding elections. This is verifiable. It doesn't matter how many votes get thrown out. The US Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. If it is not upheld then it is just some ink on a piece of parchment paper in a museum.

I agree on that totally.

But my agreement doesn't matter.

What will SCOTUS do?

And then I guess if they refuse to act to stop the steal, what does America do about it?

That doesn't mean that they won't put it in the hands of the state legislatures
