If the House ends up selecting the President then each state Congressional Delegation gets one vote for President. That means that in 7 States, there is a single person which will decide that State's vote. Of those 7 States (Alaska, Delaware, Vermont, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming), 5 of them are Republican States and ONLY 1 of those 5 Congressman is part of that 106 Congressman that filed a brief in support of Texas.
If it comes to that, we need to make sure none of these guys are going to go rogue. Do we know anything about the other 4 Congressman?
