Why didn't Cutler call a special session and select electors already? Was he at the governor's mercy? Everyone is praising Cutler and the PA repubs who filed with TX, but it seems he is doing a slight of hand trick and is actually still Bryan CUCKler in disguise.
Unless he had his neck under the boot of the governor, it seems this is all for show and he's passing the buck. PA started these hearings with Rudy. They acted like they were gonna do something. Then they didn't. Was it because they weren't in session or because Cutler was CUCKler?

They can do it on their own if they want but want Mommy(SCOTUS) to approve their actions. I don't even trust them not to pick Biden, I want SCOTUS to Penalize these idiots for screwing this up and send nobody.

that's my biggest fear. they really aren't ruling anything. it's a show and a facade if they do hear the case because the legislature could've always done this. I think they'll still pick Biden. AZ, GA, and PA have refused to hold a special session. what about MI and WI? They'll be scared little cucks.

Agreed. They are gutless. On the other hand, they get paid about $50K a year for this plus per diem, so it is not exactly a full time job type paycheck. They have obviously been threatened by BLM/Antifa with death/maiming/Children threats if they go off the reservation and nobody wants to live in witness protection if they can help it so we can't get into their heads. That's why I want SCOTUS to take the case, which I am sure at least 4 will do - Thomas, Kavanaugh, Barrett and Alito. Not sure about Gorsuch and obviously Roberts wants nothing to do with it or the 3 dead heads. Roberts is the Chief and very influential and supposedly hates judicial activism, unless of course it helps the democrats, then he's ok by it. I do not see this as activism, I see it as restoring the rights to the people. Texas AG summarized it best in their reply, "Why bother to vote if urban areas can just manufacture enough votes to steal every election." Powerful statement. The cure I would suggest to SCOTUS is to just pull those electors from those states and default they are lost due to illegal activities; their penalty is to just officially sit this out. I would also add as a remedy a special election operated by the US Military using our international election rules for all statewide offices in each of the states. That would cover US Senate, governor and statewide offices.

He’s an opportunist looking to straddle the issue rather than pick a side....like most of them.

Agreed. If SCOTUS kicks it back down to the states, we’ll have to reach out to these chucks again anyway.
