What he didn’t say is what happens if it is found that the court is lawless, (i.e. if the members are compromised by Chyna affecting their decision, and thus committed treason)
If that is the case then the social contract (the Constitution) is truly broken and we are really in Civil war and the onus would be on POTUS, (who enforces the law) to prove that in front of the American people to justify appropriate action. But he would have to prove, indelibly that they had committed treason, and provide the evidence
