Here is the original tweet it came from.... it sounds like Biden to me, other than that I haven’t verified anything else. I suppose the place, time and attendance of his comments could be verified if one were so inclined. It was also reported by Populist Press based on that tweet. Tweet could be fake but seems just like Biden to me. So that’s what I got!
