Empty brain pede here. Is December 14 the date we’re looking for? What path to victory does Trump have after December 14? Sorry for dumb questions, but would be great to prepare responses in case libs think they won. Also thanks for reading all this, I know it’s probably the longest title in TD.win!

Any deadline on Dec 14? I don't recall.

The 2018 election EO stipulates a report to be made, this would be by the 305 mil Kraken stuff, and the deadline for this report is Dec 18 -- 45 days after the election I believe.

Court stuff can easily drag on and on and on, the Bad Guys will appeal just drag it on. So I am mainly waiting for that thing -- which will affirm our side's position at SCOTUS.

Of course, what I would really like is for mil action to break out and crush them all.

It's an uphill battle from here. Technically things could be halted and reversed at a later date, but it becomes increasingly unlikely as these dates pass and electors vote.

No matter what happens, we have to stay positive and keep fighting. Don't give up and don't give an inch. If things don't go our way and Trump concedes we just move on to putting enormous pressure on the state legislatures to reform their election laws and primary all the GOP weaklings in the midterms, but we are not there yet.

It could even continue after a Biden inauguration.
