Yes there will at least be a response from the court for the interim relief before Monday. If it's granted that could signal the Court may want to hear oral arguments.
Or the Court may simply rule on the entire case since the facts are not really in dispute. If the court agrees there is jurisdiction, standing and that all other procedural hurdles have been met they are free to issue a summary decision on the case without ever hearing oral arguments.
