Accidents are such a small percentage of deaths, so small it wouldn't make a difference in these numbers. ALSO people are skipping tests for cancer, heart disease etc. because they are so scared of covid. So more people are likely dying from that.
Yeah people are afraid to go to the hospital for normal check-ups, I would expect deaths to increase because of that. Also there is a lot of incidental evidence suicides and other types of deaths are up A LOT due to mandated social isolation.
