Just called Iowa's AG office for the 3rd day in a row with 2 questions based on this official statement from Tom Miller https://www.iowaattorneygeneral.gov/newsroom/miller-texas-election-lawsuit-amicus

My first question had to do with this part that I read to the lady I talked to on the phone

"We have been hearing from many constituents expressing support for, as well as against, the Texas attorney general’s lawsuit challenging the presidential election results in four states. Your voices have been heard, loudly and clearly. Your opinions matter to us. As always, we must let the law guide us in making decisions.

All I wanted was a yes/no count on Iowa callers. She refused to tell me a total number. She said all she did was forward the info she gets from callers and that there was no total number tracked anywhere. Then I asked if she could tell me just her numbers. She said no. Then I asked if she could just give me an anecdotal statement on her experience (i.e. was it about split down the middle or did it lean to one side)... and she still said no and that she wasn't going to comment.

I asked if there was anybody else I could reach out to and she said she didn't know. I asked to confirm that they were the office that Iowans were calling to voice their opinion and she said yes they were.

So... they are the only office that would have this info but they are refusing to make the numbers public.

She seemed to be getting upset. My second question had to do with this part that I read to her as well

"As I have said, I would not have joined an amicus brief in support of this lawsuit because the 2020 elections were fairly and safely conducted by election officials of both parties. I continue to have faith in the integrity of the U.S. election. I cannot support a lawsuit that seeks to invalidate the votes of millions of Americans.

I noted that the AG did not mention legality. The Pennsylvania executive branch took actions to change the election which by constitutional authority is designated to the legislative branch. I asked if the AG office had any statements on exactly why Tom Miller did not wish to join Texas and/or his thoughts on the legality of the matter... not simply if it is fair or not. That isn't his job.

She said there was no statement and nobody I could ask.

I am pretty outraged. Is there anybody in Iowa that could find out this info?

My wife Mindy has called numerous times and getting the same run around. The AG is a democrat that has been running unopposed for years and he is like 80. This democrat is running interference and even wished to join the case against Texas but Gov. evidently stopped him.

Lets at least bomb the Iowa GOP to get this asshat UN-elected. [email protected] GOP # 515-282-8105
