Favorable Ruling: Dems effectively secede.
Disfavorable Ruling: Since states can't be held accountable for their own laws based on the constitution, states can secede.
No Ruling: Try again at military tribunals.
We shall see, the good news is it's going to be cold in most cities soon. Paid protesters dont want to be out in that.
