They tried this with another company a few years ago. They lost the suit iirc, but the point is to harass, intimidate, and send a message. Yet another anti American agency that needs to go.

They seized all records. I agree it’s problematic they were selling a kit that even contained a magazine. They will use this as a scare tactic. Seeing if they can find anyone prohibited from buying a gun in their customer list.

They want the client lists. My advice to these manufacturers is to not maintain any electronic or written client records with any personal identifying data on it. You can't turn over what you don't have to begin with. This is the way.
