We needed him to be humbled by Trump and become introspective, and he has become a much more serious contender.

To Mr. Cruz: If you pull this out of your ass and secure this win, which would invariably mean Trump wins, I will absolutely be voting for you in 2024 should you run again.

He doesn’t need to pull anything out of his ass, he’s on the side of absolute truth and it’s the Supreme Court that’s truly being tested.
