I have some friends who live there, libs have been staying inside their small, overpriced studios and one-bedrooms, flooded with doom and gloom from the TV, and over-indulging in bad food, drugs, and booze. It's cabin fever on a scale never seen before. I'm seeing distinct, significant personalty changes with them.

People don't move or live in LA to be a hermit. They move there for the weather, and the culture, such as it is.
