We either heave a sigh of relief that our President anticipated this and effectively countered it, or we take up arms and fight to take back this country. We're ready and willing to do the latter if it comes to that, but we all are praying fervently that it's not necessary.

I'm still not even sure if they've officially accepted that they are hearing the case. I mean, I guess the fact that they've called for both sides to submit their statements, and even for Texas to answer, indicates that they are, but... an official "Yes, we are taking the case" would be nice.
When can we expect a decision? Did justice Roberts even decide to hear the case? Where are you people getting all of this info? Why am I so out of the loop??
I am making the assumption that Trump knew this would happen. Than there is no way this was the game plan as he had no way of knowing that RBG would kick the bucket in time for him to appoint ACB. So there must be some other plan and he seems to be stalling for time. He seems to be waiting on something or he better be.
