Cuomo shut down the workers, commercial real estate tanked. The tax base left the city, now the state. The restaurants, bars, hotels are done. They won’t return. The corporations are leaving. Cuomo wants to raise taxes on the poor masses who can’t afford to leave. Residential rents are in a storm, raise or lower? It doesn’t matter. All that matters now is submission to King Kuomo.
