All the best art that survives time comes from the right, because its grounded in truth and beauty which is hard fought and wrestled for. The left can only at best copy, and imitation might be fine, but most often they only twists, distorts, and create perversions of truth and beauty. They make a mockery of art.
This is where my art come from. I write, I paint, and I design textiles. I also roll my eyes at "artistes" who talk about their muse or their "skill" at coming up with ideas. The good ideas always come from out of the blue (the Creator), a converging of unrelated thoughts/images/nudges crashing together and forming some new thing that wasn't in the world before. We are creators because we were made in the image of the Father, our Creator.
Everything that has ever happened to any of us, He will use to create something beautiful, if we let Him. The problem is that we deny Him, saying, "I'm not creative," or "People will think I'm stupid if I do that/say that/write that."
