Even if the scotus ordered the states electors to vote for trump or what ever would the court order be ignored or honored that’s the big question. The Democrats seem to like to ignore court orders

Pence could pull a Democrat move and make all of the Democrats leave the room while he counts the votes, and then announce that Trump won 738 electoral votes.

Two can play Dominion style games.

SCOTUS will not (and arguably cannot) order 'the state electors to vote for trump".

SCOTUS might order the state legislatures to "appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors." I'm fairly certain that is what SCOTUS will do, which means it falls on the state legislatures - some may try to vote for Biden electors.

PA didn't honor a court order from Alito.

So... No.
