I have next to no faith in them, especailly with the NDAA passage and s.386. They will learn nothing if we continue to be passive.

Thats been the quiet fear. But they better vote trump if they want even the smallest chance in 2022

If they have any sense of self preservation they will vote unanimously for Trump.

The fate of the GOP hangs in the balance.

This is the way!

We demand, they comply. That's how representative government should work.

Well PA and GA GOPs have written amicus briefs in support of Texas, so they are in effect suing their own states.... after that we only need 1 more state. Arizona is going to the Supreme Court, and Biden has a very small margin there and Kelli Ward says they have evidence of fraud.

I think PA, GA, and AZ is the path.

If they rule that those 4 states violated the constitution, there would be hell to pay if the legislatures of those states didn't go for Trump. I could see states saying that they won't vote at all and it goes to the House of Representatives where they vote by state delegation. Trump would have to get stabbed in the back twice to lose this(Assuming SCOTUS defends the constitution.

Im not sure they will. I watched the legislature hearings and it seems like maybe half of the legislators are open to this, the others scoff and say... you want us to just hand the election to Trump? Hopefully states will just let it go to house of reps. I think there are enough RINOS, that when mixed with 100% of Dem legislature, will gain a majority and send Biden electors.

Not confident at all. After the fuckery of the NDAA bill this week no confidence whatsoever in the Congressional GOP to vote for Trump at all.

Who knows but it will sure make it easier for them if the S Court says the state broke the law. Hell they might be so weak that they send it to Congress rather than make a decision, so that is not a bad outcome either if neither party gets 270 votes.

We don't know. But we DO know that they can hear us loud and clear. Shit is gonna hit the fan one way or another, but if they decide to shit the bed here, they will be the only "faction" (apart fom biden himself) that has bo grassroots. If it makes it that far, them backstabbing the trump supporters, would be aking to cutting off their feet to spite their legs.

We’re not. That’s why scotus just needs to bite the fucking bullet and invalidate fraud

My question is - If it goes to the state legislature, are they voting for a full slate of electors, or could they split, for instance, send 8 Republicans and 8 democrats to Congress? Assuming the state has 16 electoral votes.

We need to drill it through their thick heads that as my grandmother used to say Joe has one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel. They'd be casting a vote for Kamala.

We are not. However, it it gets that far it will be punted to the house. Politicians will always kick the can down the road if they can because to do something controversial means they wont get reelected. That is why there will never be a balanced budget.

Get's kicked to the House...

The House is directed to vote by state with each state having ONE VOTE, a quorum having been established of “a member or members of two thirds of the states.” In today’s House, 26 state delegations are Republican and, when voting by state, it is the state delegations that decide by majority vote how the state’s vote is to be cast. States with Republican majorities would be expected to vote for the Republican candidate on the list.

Don't think they're allowed to vote for Biden if they are Republican majorities.
