I don't think that there is such a thing as a 'veto proof' bill. The president can always veto a bill which then forces congress to override his veto if they want still want to pass it. Isn't this true? If it is, it doesn't say whether or not it's politically wise for the president to veto a bill with such a majority having voted for it.
In this case, I think PDJT does veto it, because he said he would. Make the jerks in Congress vote twice against reining in big tech.

FYI the house hasn't voted on this yet. If it gets vetoed, both the house and senate will have to have a 2/3 majority to override.
