I agree. The constitution will be null and void. The rule of law is easily changed from day to day. There is no more freedom

Bunch of weak kneed RINO's in the state legislature. They have been exposed for what they are and the voters in Wisconsin better remember how their rep voted. No spines whatsoever. What the voters in WI better do is remind them that by NOT acting, they have a price to pay. The reps should be more afraid of their voters than not.

The upcoming SCOTUS ruling on the Texas case will force them....

14
basedBlumpkin 14 points ago +17 / -3

It won't force them to select Trump electors

17
SteveSanchez80 17 points ago +17 / -0

Exactly. That is why I am preferring that SCOTUS just penalizes these rogue states and denies their electors entirely. I would rather take chances with the HOUSE.

basedBlumpkin 6 points ago +8 / -2

That's my hope too but it seems unlikely. My next hope is if the legislatures are too coward to select Trump electors so they decide themselves that their election was too corrupt to send electors.. but in that case multiple states have to do it to bring Biden under 270

If the left will kill them, and they fear that. Then wouldn't the right need to either A) guarantee their safety or B) promise that what they would do, would be worse than what the left would. Should this fraudulent election go on?

After the SCOTUS ruling which will go in Trumps favor we need to set a fire under their asses like never before. They must understand to avoid bloodshed they need to vote Trump in otherwise it will be SCORCHED EARTH, and they might be dangling from a tree. When people call never yell, but be very stern, and use an angry tone, it helps.

VetforTrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Avoid bloodshed. They are not looking to avoid bloodshed. They will perpetuate it as their last defense until we render them all neutral.

They are wrong. The can not delegate constitutional authority that is directly given to them to anyone else. It would be like Congress delegating the president writes and makes all the laws and controls the purse.

The power is still theirs - they can revoke the delegation of their power anytime they want.

Can professor Eastman teach these guys some sense? SCOTUS ruling will change everything and force them to choose a new slate

That's fine. A couple more states decide the same and the US House will pick.

I'm ok with that.

They can take that power back at any time.

2
traveravis 2 points ago +2 / -0

so undelegate it ...

2
mrs.rose 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes, if it were a normal election with no irregularities and fraud I could see that being true. However, the power is and always has been with the legislatures I presume for this exact scenario.

This is the argument and narrative they are preparing. If the law broke the law then it’s not a law though.

They are afraid of physical harm. Based Wisconsinites ought crowd their offices, scores at a time, and say, "for the next few months, WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. WE WILL BE YOUR SWORN HONOR GUARD. WHERE YOU GO, WE GO. WE WILL GUARD YOUR FAMILY. WE WILL GUARD YOUR HOUSE. FEAR NOT THE OTHER SIDE, FOR WE HAVE YOUR BACK."

If enough Wisconsinites do SPECIFICALLY THIS, the legislators will do what is appropriate. But Only If.

PLEASE, any of you who know Based Wisconsinites, TELL THEM TO START DOING THIS. T-O-D-A-Y!!!

Well at least I'm not surprised by this after 3 other states decided to do the exact same thing.

I am not a lawyer but it would seem to me that if they made a rule that said they couldn’t change how it works then that rule would be unconstitutional.
