Quite unfortunate. I have one parka and two rain jackets from Columbia. Solid value brand with its manufacturing in Vietnam so at least you get to avoid China. I was just thinking of ordering a pair of gloves from them. I guess I'll look elsewhere if this is what Columbia wants to promote.

On a sidenote, where can I go for American-made winter clothing? Canada Goose might be the best option, but I don't know if they are also promoting this kind of crap. There's Schott for leather jackets and wool coats, but what about parkas?
