In other words, it's okay that conservatives got screwed over but we will obviously move on and get over it because we tend to be nicer people. I disagree. Fuck, you could go all the way back to 1954 with Brown v. Board of Education. That one really made EVERYONE happy! Yep. No complaints whatsoever. In fact, states immediately complied with the ruling. No delay. Yep... wasn't like Eisenhower had to send the military into Little Rock in 1957.

Yeah i mean heck, just this year they ruled that the U.S. broke a 100 year old treaty and gave back all of western oklahoma to the tribes and it made life for sheriffs depts and courts SO much easier!

He's worse than a doomer. He's a nice guy. He's said on another show recently that a disruptor like President Trump should only serve one term anyway. He also apologized to Beijing Biden for calling him an asshole about the fine people hoax. Because he realized Biden wasn't lying but actually believed it. Was he being edgy and ironic? Who cares? I'm so done with him. At this point I only hate watch him if someone suggests it.
He's smart and his audience is his play thing, not his income stream (he's already filthy rich). He may even be a sadist, I dunno. Generally I like him but would never pay attention to him on the regular. His appearance on Dave Rubin's podcast right around the 2016 election should be preserved for historic cultural value though. He broke down the situation and Trump in a poignant and concise way.

I do believe the whole point of SCOTUS is to have a branch of government that can ignore any political expediency.

I don't think that's what he said, my reading of his comments re: the GA video were that video evidence isn't enough in 2020, you need supplementary materials/information to contextualize what it is you are watching.

That's absolutely the key. He is a persuasive person. He's utilizing persuasion on people. Take everything with a grain of salt. He's negotiating reality with his audience.

He's not taking into account the realization of what the case is presenting to these judges:
**1. The Constitution is a ratified contract between the states, uniting them into America.
If 1, then America lives on, as well as the court. If 2, America crumbles beneath the weight of lawlessness, and the court, for all intents and purposes, has destroyed itself, rejecting its own power/meaning/reason for being.
SCOTUS knows Biden will pack the court. This may also weigh their decision.
The only thing that could ruin this: 2020 has broken the gates of Stupid-Nonsense Land wide open. So who knows. They could just be, like, "Meh, fuck America." the same as everyone else.

There is a chance SCOTUS will see its greater role as protecting the American people from a potential violent communist uprising.
Now, would that be the "correct" by the-the-law interpretation of the law? No.

These Judges socialize and attend parties with the DC elite. There is huge pressure on them not to rule in Trump's favor. They will be socially shunned threatened to be killed by the Left. Their lives will be hell. The easy decision for them is to do nothing. Patriots will not threaten them nearly as much as radical Left.
These so called "Conservative" Judges are weak. They are not Patriots. They are not warriors.
