It's a Gnews rumor, take it with a grain of salt.

It's clearly bullshit.

We have only 1 case in SCOTUS, not 2.

The Kelly Vs PA has never been filed.

Isn’t the guy that runs gnews the chinese whistleblower who reported on the laptop? How accurate has he been? How would anyone know this information beforehand?

Kagan and/or Breyer can occasionally be trusted to not be complete communists.

I wouldn't bet on it. In fact, I'd bet heavily against it.

While this would be amazing, I have 0% confidence that this is the case at this point. Not saying it can't eventually happen...

Wouldn't there be arguments before the court before a decision? Ted Cruz?

Jay Sekulow said there don't necessarily need to be any further proceedings to make a ruling. Basically, SCOTUS has already been sent more than enough information, although they may decide on a hearing / arguments in addition if they want to go deeper.

Not plausible, there has to be arguments before the court before they can make a decision. Maybe they're deciding these numbers in favor of hearing the cases, but not in deciding them.

How much arguing is needed if they already have proof those States illegally changed their election statutes?

Gas anyone contacted TikTalk Hannity to verify with his sources if this is true?

The report said that in one of the two cases, the Supremes by 7-2 found that Joe Biden "was convicted of election fraud."

Biden said he was going to do a Virtual Inauguration... but Trump started putting up the Inauguration Staging today. Maybe he knows something.
