I’m looking to buy a Bible because i’ve never read it cover to cover. I was raised in the faith, though i went astray for a long time; and it feels like something I absolutely need to do.

Christian pedes: any advice on what version of the Bible to get/not get? I’ve got my eye on the Founder’s Bible at the moment. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

NKJV is my main, then I also have a comparative Bible from Zondervan that has NIV, KJV, NASB and AMP all in one. Each page has all 4 texts of the same books, chapter, verse.

Oh.. also a chronological Bible is interesting to have. I also highly recommend a concordance (I prefer Strongs, but Young is good also), a Bible dictionary, Greek and Hebrew dictionaries are good too. You can find a lot of things on apps.
