Strange these are some of our most reliable birds too. I mean it's mechanical so anything can happen but it's pretty strange an ACE like this just crashes randomly.

Well they've been refined and their techs have become familiar with them since 1978 it's got one of the most incredible reliability records of any fighter jet in history.

They have a wicked fast roll rate. You have to fly it all the time. Night ops suggest vertigo. I've flown out west where the ranch lights look like stars. You have to rely on instruments to figure out which way is up if you are seeing it wrong.
