The movement? How long will "the movement" survive if we keep sitting on our asses? I'll tell you what's not helping the movement, the fact that we haven't taken acting to stop the leftist bullshit infecting our institutions for decades, maybe we should do something if we want a "movement" to even exist.

Go do something, pussy. You won't.

Tired of talk and no action.

The fact that the right has done nothing but bend the knee to lockdowns and the immolation of our country has proved them too invested in the status quo, with their families and hard working 9-5 jobs... I just don't see it.

Leftists win because they have nothing to lose. They are jobless misanthropes who TAKE ACTION, not march around and clean up after themselves. They burn businesses. They murder people. Hard to say if they won the optics war because we all know Trump landslided these motherfuckers, but thanks to rigging we get to lose in spite of optics.

7
altguccifer 7 points ago +7 / -0

Actually it was going to be war no matter what. The left was prepared to come out in the street if Trump was declared winner. It's just a matter of time. It would have started already if any of the challenges we brought would have been upheld. The fact that we keep getting rejected is only pushing the start date of the war for a few more days/weeks. Until we get to January 6 or 20. After that there's no more kicking the can down the road. Reconcile that and prepare for it as much as you can.

Trumps team still has many other paths

The difference is that now, we know how SCOTUS will rule on those.

12
disgruntled_patriot 12 points ago +12 / -0

If the SC can toss this suit so casually, what is stopping them from tossing any other? The SC is compromised and they will meet the fate of TRAITORS for collaborating with communist insurrectionists.

They wouldn't even fucking hear this case.

I am calling it now. They WILL toss all other cases that come their way. This is the first. It won't be the last. They will toss every. Last. One. And force Trump to either concede or take drastic measures.

Legislators aren't going to do anything. They are going to go with the "will of the people" that is the fraudulent vote.

The truth that no one is going to like and will down vote the hell out of this. The Democrats had a plan, they gamed the system and ensured mass mail in votes where they needed it, they coordinated with the big tech oligarchs, engaged in mass lawfare to remove any safeguards on ballots, and in all likelihood due to our "cuckhold" judiciary are going to have the Presidency.

I thought SCOTUS was going to deny Texas because they were asking to give the power back to the legislatures. This clearly indicates SCOTUS is a dead end regardless since they ruled laws don't matter. There's not enough state legislatures willing to do anything to stop China Joe from stealing our country and Congress is literally the reason our country became so corrupt in the first place. This was their chance to save the country and they decided to hand us over to China on a silver platter.

5
HOSEQ 5 points ago +6 / -1

Either nobody knowa, or they know, but chose to IGNORE these Prior rulings that are applicable to these cases, and to ALL the States.::

Question: How is Foster v. Love controlling with regard to Presidential Elections that are completed after Election Day?

The opinion says the following about presidential elections:

[The] congressional rule adopted under the Elections Clause (and its counterpart for the Executive Branch, Art. II, § 1, cl. 3) sets the date of the biennial election for federal offices, as “[t]he Tuesday next after the 1st Monday in November… This provision, along with 2 U. S. C. § 1

(setting the same rule for electing Senators under the Seventeenth Amendment) and 3 U. S. C. § 1 (doing the same for selecting Presidential electors), mandates holding all elections for Congress and the Presidency on a single day throughout the Union.”

If an election is consummated after Election Day, this also violates the statute, and such behavior, along with State legislation that encourages it, is preempted by 3 U.S.C. § 1.

Congressional Globe, 28th Cong., 2d Sess., at 14, December 9, 1844 (Mr. Duncan)), where both the “intention”, and the “object, of the bill were stated:

“The first section of his bill simply declared what its intention was—that, from and after the passage of this act, all regular stated elections for the choice of electors of President and Vice President of the United States shall be held on the same day, and on one single day, in all the States of the Union.”

“The object of the bill was to prevent frauds at the ballot box as in 1840; but such frauds could not occur in South Carolina, for she elected her electors by her legislature; consequently there was no chance for pipelaying.”

DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE, et al. v. WISCONSIN STATE LEGISLATURE, et al. October 26, 2020 The Constitution provides that state legislatures—not federal judges, not state judges, not state governors, not other state officials—bear primary responsibility for setting election rules. Art. I, §4, cl. 1.

To state the obvious, a State cannot conduct an election without deadlines. It follows that the right to vote is not substantially burdened by a requirement that voters “act in a timely fashion if they wish to express their views in the voting booth.” Burdick, 504 U. S., at 438. For the same reason, the right to vote is not substantially burdened by a requirement that voters act in a timely fashion if they wish to cast an absentee ballot. Either way, voters need to vote on time. A deadline is not unconstitutional merely because of voters’ “own failure to take timely steps” to ensure their franchise. Rosario v. Rockefeller, 410 U. S. 752, 758 (1973).

For important reasons, most States, including Wisconsin, require absentee ballots to be received by election day, not just mailed by election day. Those States want to avoid the chaos and suspicions of impropriety that can ensue if thousands of absentee ballots flow in after election day and potentially flip the results of an election. And those States also want to be able to definitively announce the results of the election on election night, or as soon as possible thereafter.

It TX was dismissed for standing why can't the legislatures of those states go to SCOTUS. Surely they'd have standing.

5
kag-2020- 5 points ago +5 / -0

Pennsylvania's literally did. SCOTUS laughed at them and told them to go f themselves.

0
bingobangobongo69 0 points ago +2 / -2

No, they ruled Texas has no standing. The cases that do have standing will reach SCOTUS eventually.

8
kag-2020- 8 points ago +8 / -0

Point is Texas had standing, SCOTUS decided that it doesn't matter. This should have won easily. Since it didn't, it proved beyond any doubt that SCOTUS isn't going to apply the Constitution. That was the beauty of this case. It forced SCOTUS to admit the Constitution is just a relic in a government building. They confirmed it's words are meaningless. Why would you care about any other case a body will rule on when that very body just admitted the document that gives them authority is a meaningless piece of paper?

What these and all lower court rulings have affirmed is that even if fraud is found or election laws were broken, there is no higher authority to appeal to outside of those who benefit from these problems.

The Republic is dead. We are now ruled by kleptarchs, placed into power by an unassailable system.

47
Viewer01 47 points ago +48 / -1

Because either you have no standing for injury or you sued too early or too late. Kangaroo shit up and down the hall.

It's over, they can print ballots, they can count the same ballots 100 times, dead people can vote, out of state people can vote, etc. etc. Your vote is worthless and the Republic is dead. The only thing we can do is either civil war or shut up and embrace communism.

It is war now, and time for Military Commanders to step up and take the lead.

Water works. Power grid. Bridges. Rail lines.

It would be a simple matter to starve out communist occupied cities.

But the PRIMARY TARGET is the media. And the media's infrastructure is personnel. Modern communication technology allows for so much redundancy it is impossible to stop communication by targeting the means of transmitting it.

You have to strike at the source... personnel. Silence them and render the enemy incapable of waging war.

-1
deleted -1 points ago +2 / -3
1
muslimporn 1 point ago +2 / -1

Typically whatever you need to achieve your objective or cause asymmetric warfare. Generally you'd focus on things that might be relatively easily fixed but cause the desired effect as you don't want to mess up your own country if you don't have to.

Some strategies utilise random destruction similar to BLM though ideally you really want key objectives.

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
3
weev 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm going to answer this in good faith. Everything the person you are asking questions of is saying is absolutely legal under the Brandenburg standard because it is not specific -- terrorist threats require specificity.

If he gets too specific he goes into federal crimes territory. You could either actually be totally unaware of this or a federal informant playing dumb. If the former, now you know.

People have to be able to think for themselves and act independently on these issues. They can't be making target lists with random people they meet on Internet forums.

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
1
weev 1 point ago +1 / -0

you should not talk like this on the internet right now. it could get you jammed up and we need people actually able to achieve things.

2
muslimporn 2 points ago +2 / -0

War isn't easy. This is the kind of stuff you really have to be able to work out and think through. It won't always be obvious but you can probably guess. Some of it will depend on what's happening.

It may be easy to use local knowledge but difficult at scale.

Some objectives are more pleasant than others but generally in war nothing is pleasant. Democrat cities are a weak point but with the potential for huge collateral because they can still have large numbers of friendlies.

Taking territory, or capturing anything may be of importance including the enemy leadership (Zuckerberg for example or CNN).

If your state declares independence then it's a bit different as you're on the defensive. Secession is a relatively easy path. Technically speaking states that have failed to properly validate their election have already in effect seceded in practice.

2
deleted 2 points ago +2 / -0
6
muslimporn 6 points ago +6 / -0

Because it's usually a huge concentration of people with no actual resources.

It's a bit funny when you hear them say the communities will manage themselves completely unaware that you can't actually support the people with the land they've got.

Those people need food, water, electricity, sewerage, communications, etc otherwise it all falls apart. The cities export very little of actual value either. They just import masses of stuff and churn out who knows what. They're a liability. You can cause a disproportionate effect with very little.

In Syria rebels would capture a whole city and pretty much hold it hostage.

It makes sense that Texas will likely first secede.

It's weird because this set off a really deep instinct that shit's about to get fucked over the next few years. It really infuriated me that the msm and the left were playing this like it was "Texas crying about voter fraud" when it was really Texas asking if the Constitution still a legal and binding document that holds this country together. The SCOTUS pretty much told all of us that no, that it's just an arbitrary set of recommendations on how to run a Republic. The states that sided with Texas are the states with the most to lose in a straight run democracy and would have little to no voice if the Constitution fails. There's very little reason for them to be part of a country were everything is dictated by a sliver of people on the coast's.

Red counties vs blue cities. All we need to do is setup blockades and starve them out. NYC only has 7 days of food stored within the city for example

10
JasonGenova_IFBB_Pro 10 points ago +10 / -0

It’s past time for this. The legal system from the FBI to the courts has made it clear they have no intent on upholding the law. They are drones of the left now, not protectors of the Constitution.

No perp walks are happening. We kill all of them and start anew. The marxists can pat themselves on the back for destroying this Republic. Let’s make such a bloody example of them, they won’t dare lay a finger on the next one.

Modern highways have bollard systems that will make the highway systems completely unusable. They surround cities like chicago. Get groups of people to go turn them on.

They thought blocking the roads was a good thing, so lets shut them the fuck down.

No shit Sherlock. But four ALL THREE APPOINTEES TO SHIRK THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO EVEN BRING THIS CASE TO COURT they are ducking TRAITORS TO THE CONSTITUTION.

This literally means that states can ignore the constitutional process of elections and the courts will pass on the case rather than risk political fallout. The left has “won”a horrible precedent with this dereliction of duty by scotus.

8
Memtndude2 8 points ago +9 / -1

They didn't have to side with him. They should have heard the case. They openly lied about Texas not having standing, while totally ignoring the state legislators that added themselves to the lawsuit. If the state legislators that these Governors and Secretaries of State have stolen the power of don't have standing, there's no such thing as standing in any civil case ever again. That's ridiculous.

11
Paul_Revere 11 points ago +12 / -1

Then for God's sake, clue us in. Things are looking awfully dark around here.

5
bingobangobongo69 5 points ago +6 / -1

Case failed due SOLELY to standing issues. All that means is a different party that does have standing needs to bring the merits to SCOTUS.

3
Elvathelion 3 points ago +6 / -3

In the broad strokes:

The state legislators are still there, the cases from Rudy G. and team as well, the role of the US Congress on 6th January as well. Additionally, the road to SCOTUS is still open.

And lastly,

Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election

In addition to the Insurrection Act.

===========

4
powershellder 4 points ago +4 / -0

It does seem suspicious.

If they truly wanted to backstab him, why not take the case, run out the clock, then just vote against him to establish precedence?

4
zedrexvsyrex 4 points ago +4 / -0

How? They said that Texas didn't have standing because they weren't disenfranchised ("injury"), but that's bullshit because if enough fraud occurred in these states to change who the president is, then that's disenfranchising everyone who actually voted for the rightful candidate.

1
1
zedrexvsyrex 1 point ago +1 / -0

Texas does have standing though. They’re simply SAYING they/it doesn’t.

"The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue."
