You have to remember that the Texas case is not Trump’s case. It was a nice surprise and would have ended all this BS but do you think the states in question would have complied with their ruling. No. Trump’s cases are moving forward. Those are the ones that will invalidate the illegal votes and validate Trump’s win.

The Texas case "not being Trumps case" should have positioned it more favorably to the Supreme Court because it was purely a legal challenge between states rather than a (perceived) politically driven challenge. The ramifications of this case being dismissed are much more serious than you realize.

The Supreme Court now has a chance to come across looking unbiased and we're already working through the lower courts to represent this case as "requested / required."
The Texas case wasn't expected by any of us only a few days ago, and even before the case was submitted we all already knew and had accepted we were going to win.
