Answer me one simple question. Really, I'd love to hear what you think. How come Trump 100% repeatedly said Democrats were going to try and cheat in the election and appointed 1/3 of the court HIMSELF and yet he hasn't even gotten close to a hearing in the SCOTUS? Was he horribly unprepared? Is he stupid? Did he suddenly lose all his (normally exceptionally good) judgement all 3 times he appointed justices? Or MAYBE was he not banking on this and has another plan? Look I'm not saying we don't rise up if it goes badly and I'm not a lemming who just says "trust the plan" on repeat, but let's just be real here. Trump is far too calculated, smart, etc to appoint 3 justices and then be totally shocked they'd rule so heavily against him. Trust the man at the center of this movement or get out.
If it was a close decision or something then I might be inclined to agree he gave it his all and fell short. The man is great, but he's merely a man at the end of the day and he can't perform miracles. But frankly it's insulting that you think this is the best he could do with 4 years of prep and 3 justices entirely within his control. IANAL, but myunderstanding: The issue is one of standing. You dont get to sue the robbers who smashed up my store, because I'm the one with standing in the issue requiring redress of grievences. So, supreme court has to ask if the state of Texas an an entity has been harmed by the listed state's crimes. Whether or not the crimes happened at all doesnt really matter if it's not your problem, they dont want to hear it.
The argument is that the harm to Texas is the dilution of Texas's representation by the Vice president, as the vice president throws tie breakers votes. Their crimes cost Texas representation in Congress. Because their crimes impacted the vice president, they are just as harmed as if it was one of their senators or congressmen, Texas is harmed by the states' election fraud, so has standing to sue state-to-state. SCOTUS seems to disagree.

Only path is through the Electoral College, which votes on Monday. Only thing you can try to do is put up a Republican state of electors. No state legislature at this point is willing to do that in the affected states.
To stay in the game procedurally, if I were the Republican electors in the swing states, I'd meet on Monday and vote my slate (to keep my procedural rights) and then hope that a court grants the relief necessary to sit them or have the state legislature appoint their own slate.
But this path right now is pretty much all but exhausted. Courts refuse to give relief. State legislatures refuse to meet and time is running out.
