I'm not saying definitively that SCOTUS won't do the right thing in future cases, only that their past behavior doesn't instill a ton of confidence. What I'm more interested in is whats going on in Trump's refurbished Pentagon/DoD, and that 2018 EO thats still in play. I dont think its a coincidence that revelations of Chinese spies in our government just came out. Its whats going on out of our line of sight that gives me hope. I swear I'm not a "doomer".
there's no realistic paths left. There's no way the pentagon lets the insurrection act get used. There's nothing Pence can do, and if the senate/house objects during the count monday, the democrat majority house can over rule it. And none of the keyboard warriors on this site are gonna do shit.
