It was rejected for a "lack of standing" and not lack of substance, so now we have to deal with it and stop glooming all over the place. Remember, glowie be watching for any excuse to take this site down.
Basically we are back to the original options:
- The states supreme courts, WI coming up on Sat. These need to go to SCOTUS because THEY have proper standing.
- The Michigan machine audit (results are in but it is now suppressed by their SoS)
- The Kraken / Foreign influence & corruption
- GEOTUS's 6d chess trump cards . . .
- Shit hits the fan
- Tzeentch enters the Sim.

Last week no one had any doubt that SCOTUS is on Trump side "if anything to happen". Today we know that not only SCOTUS is out of the game, but there is NOTHING you can possibly do against a corrupt State officials. There is NO LEGAL WAY to do anything, SCOTUS was the only way to even hear the case, but they don't even allow you to present arguments. After this moment ALL state court cases will fail because the local riggers know that SCOTUS won't do a thing, they are final say now.
The people and the military don’t need a Supreme Court
It would be really really nice to have all these kind of issues to be resolved without piling up bodies and burning down cities. It would also be really nice if the people could observe how truth and justice are still the cornerstone of the Republic. But all we see now is failing of institutions on all levels, and it is even more painful because it is so obvious.
I’m convinced that if President Trump declared marshal law and invoked the insurrection act no one in the deep state would do a damn thing about it either.

Yes, exactly, they sent the biggest signal possible that SCOTUS judiciary will stay out of it. All local levels can now just spit in you face and there is no remedy possible. DOJ was already silent. FBI was already out of it. There is NO ONE LEFT.
Getting harder and harder not to gloom. Every check and balance to ensure the safety and security of our nation is being stripped away by judges that don't seem to abide by the Constitution.
I guess we can gloom shortly then move on. I dont think this is over at all. Just another bump in the road.

In situations like this lots of creative lawsuits are filed because people are worried and feel they need to do something.
So you have to be mentally prepared for losing before winning.

It's not a good point, as the top comment says last week we thought the SCOTUS is on our side. This is not devastating because of the TX case, it's devastating because it shows that even the SCOTUS is against us. There is no legal way to victory when the deep state controls every level of the judiciary system.
Something fishy is going on. Late last night in /pol/ (probably around midnight eastern time), the shills all suddenly went silent. Literally moments after the SCOTUS decision was released today, they were suddenly everywhere. In addition, the mods started deleting all /ptg/ (President Trump General) threads.
I mean, I know 4chan is just an obscure Mongolian basket-weaving imageboard, but behavior like this from shills usually means there's more going on that what we're seeing at the moment.
The shilling and dooming here exploded as well. I don't know know what the overall goal is but it's pitting people against the supreme court and urging the "ammo box" well before we've gotten there. This just looks like any other "it's over for orange man" story that gets pushed everywhere, people need to chill the fuck out. What are they going to do with their ammo right now? Just keep stocking up and prepare but don't go ape shit when there's still many other legal avenues to go down.
